Everything is energy, our thoughts, feelings, concepts, self-image, personal relationships, and our worldview and when unbalanced they create patterns. Energy will lock into our physical body, which she calls "Emotional Energy Patterns" and will dominate us unconsciously influencing how we live life. These patterns are created on the individual level and have definitely been passed down from generation to generation. Emotional energy patterns do dominate how we view and interact with each other on the collective level. Energy is fluid, so these patterns can be neutralized.
